Bathroom Make Over

Hello

Well, I thought I would talk about my bathroom as its new to us and we have had to save up for this to actually happen, I’m really in love with the fresh look.

We had it all done by Wickes which was great as mine and hubbies skills don’t stretch to plumber status I can tell you.

I went for the sugar matt Aqua boards and vintage style taps to keep within the theme of the house,

Bath mat and towels are from George Asda, My flooring is from a local business which I think sets the room off lovely.

I used an antique cream Crown paint for the wall to go with the panels.

The bathroom cabinet is from the range and was really good value for money £24.99

Toothbrush holders (well they are tumblers for the bathroom really but they work great for what I wanted and the soap dispenser and soap dish are all from The Range too.

My Roman Blind is one I made I brought the fabric from eBay and the fittings from Amazon I have never made one before so it’s far from perfect but I love it all the same as I made it.

To finish off I have 3 prints on the bathroom wall all from an Instagram business @Miss.prints which I put into off white frames. which make them stand out against the wall.

After finishing off the bathroom I did decide to do the hall and all the doors and skirting boards and I’m so pleased I did it just makes everything all flow through the house and I’m really pleased with the results.

Hall walls were done with Dulux hard wearing fine cream matt paint and the doors and skirting boards were Antique white quick drying gloss from B&Q.

My home is far from perfect but it’s our home and I just do what I think works.

We can all make our house a home by just being there and living life to the max.

Thank you for taking the time to read this and I hope it will inspire you with your own homes.

Love Claire Xx
