I made these last year and they went down so well, and if you follow me on Instagram you will have seen them feature quiet a lot. They are super easy to make and quick. And if you made your Mincemeat that I posted last week you will be ready for these.
- 2 sheets Sweet crust pastry shop brought
- 1tbsp caster sugar
- a good pinch of cinnamon
Pre heat your oven to 180’c
Lay one sheet of pastry, and spread with mincemeat, then place the other sheet on top and press down (not to hard) But enough to bond them together.
Then place the other sheet on top and press down, then cut into strips.
Mix the sugar and cinnamon together then Sprinkle all over.
Pick each one up grabbing both ends and twisting to give you a spiral effect.
Place onto a baking tray and pop in the oven the 20 mins or until cooked.
These are so good I’m sure you will be making them all the time.
